Their strategy is to establish depots and retail outlets in metros and tier I cities. There will be focus groups serving projects. Hyderabad and Bangalore Depot are already established. All products being absorbed through this channel will have to go through a special quality control process in a state of the art QC lab established for the same purpose, functionally called Pre-Dispatch QC.
